Our research group has been awarded observing time in Cycle 1 at The Atacama Large Millimeter/submilimeter Array (ALMA), which is the world's largest telescope array, for the project "First Direct Measurement of Disk Radius of a Brown Dwarf (PI: Ngoc Phan-Bao): https://almascience.nrao.edu/news/alma-early-science-cycle-1-outcome-of-the-proposal-review-process . In Cycle 1, 1133 proposals from universities, research institutes around the world were submitted to the ALMA scientific committee but only 10% of the proposals have been awarded observing time.
