Conference "Windows on the Universe" will be held in Quy Nhon, Vietnam, from 11th to 17th August 2013, on the occasion of the inauguration of the International Center for Interdisciplinary Science and Education (ICISE).

The aims of the Center are to promote scientific exchanges and to share the scientific and educational experience between developed and developing countries. Nine Nobel Laureates in Physics and many world renowned astrophysicists and physicists will attend the conference and give presentations. The conference is co-organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Association Rencontres du Vietnam."
